Work Chat may be and probably is really handy for folks in a business environment. However, I am a home user and don't want to use Evernote's Work Chat (or any other chat for that matter) so I wanted to clear it off my Evernote as there is enough stuff on the interface without it.
It is really easy to hide Work Chat and you can add it back if you decide you need it
I removed Work Chat shortcut from the sidebar by right clicking on Work Chat and selected the option remove it.
In Tools/Customize Toolbar, I just removed the new chat icon by dragging it off.
All Work Chat gone.
No problem.
